1 LIE EXPOSED: “You Are Not Enough”, “You are inadequate… you don’t have what it takes… “

TEXT: “Christ in you, the hope of glory.” — Colossians 1:27

DEVOTIONAL:

This is one of the enemy’s oldest lies — the lie of inadequacy.

He whispers it when you step into something new.

He whispers it when God calls you higher.

He whispers it when you begin to pray, teach, serve, or build.

The goal is simple: if he can shrink your view of yourself, he can shrink your destiny.

Many daughters of God never rise to their full purpose because they are busy measuring themselves by human standards… forgetting that the God who calls them is the God who fills them.

You are not operating by your own strength — you are backed by the throne of Heaven.

God never asked you to be enough by yourself.

He only asked you to be available.

Moses stuttered.

Gideon doubted.

Sarah laughed.

Esther was inexperienced.

David was overlooked.

Yet each of them shook kingdoms.

The enemy hates when you realize this truth:

Your inadequacy does not disqualify you — it is the very place where God shows His power.

When you feel “not enough,” Heaven is prepared to pour “more than enough” into you.

REFLECTION:

How would your life change if you truly believed Christ in you is enough?

PRAYER:

Lord, break every lie that says I am inadequate or unworthy.

Fill me with Your strength, Your boldness, and Your confidence.

Let me see myself the way You see me — chosen, equipped, and anointed

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
