Renaming My Valley Series– Part 3
My Valley: The Place of Divine Encounter
Scripture: “You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this valley will be filled with water.”
— 2 Kings 3:17 (NIV)
Esthers, some valleys don’t look like places of purpose. They feel like silent battles—dry places where prayers seem unanswered, strength is leaking, and hope feels hidden.
But God specializes in showing up where things look barren. In 2 Kings 3, He gave no warning—no signs, no thunder, no rain. Yet He promised, “This valley will be filled.”
Throughout Scripture, valleys are where identities are changed and destinies are rewritten.
- Hagar saw the God who sees.
-.Jacob wrestled and walked away renamed. - Saul fell and rose as Paul.
- Peter denied but was re-commissioned.
Esther, this is your moment of divine renaming. What you once called shame, delay, or dryness—He now calls encounter, overflow, and destiny.
